Q - I have multiple people in my group. How do I sign up for a class for all of us?

A - Each time slot is for 1 person, so book a separate class for each person in your party who will be making a project!

A - The glass takes roughly 2 hours to cool. There are many places to visit around Lakewood if you want to wait, or you can come back another day.
We can hold student pieces for a max of 2 months

Q - How long do I wait before I can pick up my piece?

A - Absolutely! We do have a table you can set a small number of drinks and snacks on. If you plan on bringing a lot, let us know ahead of time so we can set up an extra table for you.

Q - Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Q - How many people can be in our group?

A - Our space can comfortably accommodate 10 guests at a time.

A - Guests get to choose up to 3 colors for the piece they create. The add-on allows you to swap out one of those standard colors for one of the specialty colors. If you want to swap out multiple colors, we can take care of the difference on the day of the workshop. Color options will vary, but see below for our current options.

Q - How does the “Upgrade 1 Color” add-on work?

Q - What colors are included in the cost vs. the specialty colors?

A - Our color options are subject to change, but as of 10/7/25, we have about 12 colors or color-mixes included such as: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, white, amber, black, grey, everything mix, pastel mix, purple mix, and holiday mix. Specialty colors are when the ingredients cost more to make the color (pink glass is made with gold!). Adding an upgrade color to your order means you get to add one specialty color to your piece in place of one of our standard colors. Our current specialty colors include glow-in-the-dark, pink, purple, and sparkly gold.

Q - I can no longer attend. What are my options?

A - So sorry to hear you won’t be able to make it! Due to limited space, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the space. You may cancel by text or email. If you have to cancel your class and do so within the requested time frame, we offer studio credits for the dollar amount, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards a future class, as a gift card for someone else, or towards items from our gallery. Credits will be good for 2 years from the scheduled date. No refund or credit will be given to No Call/No Shows. If you are sick or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. If guests are, or become, visibly sick or impaired, we reserve the right to cancel the class with no refund.
